Responsibilities
Have professional conversations with people helping them resolve past due bills
· Manage 100+ calls per day in a timely manner
· Problem solve maximizing our clients returns while helping and assisting the consumer
· Utilize your personality, customer service experience and drive to maximize your earning potential!
· Follow policies and procedures, which include some communication “scripts”
· Utilize your problem solving, critical thinking and negotiation skills to seize opportunities to collect payments when they arise
· Meet personal & team key performance indicators
Requirements
18 or older
FT – Must be able to commit to 40 hours a week on-site. Mon-Fri – No Weekend Work
High school diploma or equivalent
Clean background
Solid work history, which includes no gaps and previously employed for 1+ years with the same company
Keyboarding skills
Ability to speak clearly and professionally on the phone

Pay: From $14.00 per hour
