Once we have verified your identity, all information will be mailed to the address you provide on the request form. We will also include contact information in case you have questions about the information or feel there is an error in any of the reports.
PLEASE NOTE: Your file will include your personal credit report only if one was ordered by an ONLINE Information Services customer in connection with a background report (for example, if a utility company requested your credit report to determine a deposit amount).
Also, ONLINE has no healthcare or medical information about you, no banking records, nor any information about the goods and services you purchase with credit cards.

Get copies of reports about you that were provided to ONLINE customers, such as utility companies, property managers, potential employers, etc.

How to dispute information in your report - You have the right to dispute the accuracy of the information in the reports provided by ONLINE Information Services. Once you have received a copy of your report from ONLINE, please contact customer service at 800-234-7683. Please have your report available and be sure to mention the PIN that is included in the report.
